Refund policy

We want you to be absolutely happy with your MOSJ, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Below you’ll find the key points of our return policy.

SWIMWEAR RETURN POLICY 

Swimwear must be tried on over underwear for hygiene reasons. Returns showing any signs of wear, washing, stains, perfume, deodorant, or removed hygiene liners will and can not be accepted.

All bikinis must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed, with all tags, padding, garment bag and hygiene liners still attached.


• Please take care when trying on your items, as garments returned in unsuitable condition will be refused.


• If a bikini bundle is returned partially, the bundle pricing will no longer apply. Refunds will be adjusted to reflect the original retail value of the item(s) kept.


• We do not accept any exchanges. Exchanges are generally processed as returns.

RETURN WINDOW

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. All returns are processed via our official return portal: mosj-atelier.returnless.com 
Return requests after this period can not be accepted. 

CONDITIONS

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all original labels and in the same condition as when you received them. Used or damaged items, or items that do not meet these requirements, are not eligible for a full refund. A deduction will be applied to restore the items(s) to its original condition. 

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on the country and package size. If you are only able to select "Self-post" as shipping method for your return via Returnless, we strongly recommend using a reliable and tracked service, as MOSJ Atelier is not responsible for any lost or damaged return shipments. 

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued for the full product price, the purchase amount (discounts included).
If a return causes your order value to fall below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping fee will also be deducted.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

The status of your return gets updated automatically whenever our fulfillment center receives your return. This does not mean your return has been processed by our team. Please allow them a few days before reaching out about your refund. 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS 

For international returns, all import duties, taxes, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. The original shipping fee is non-refundable. 
We do not offer exchanges on international orders. If you would like a different item, please place a new order.

STARTING A RETURN 

You can register your return via https://mosj-atelier.returnless.com/ and follow the steps in the return process. There, you can create your return label, print it or request an online label, and drop off your package at a local shipping point.
REMOVE all old labels from the original packaging before shipping your return. If this is not done and the package is returned back to the you, you are responsible for purchasing a new return label. 

Good to know: If you choose store credit instead of a refund, you will receive a free return label. Please note that the store credit will only be issued once the return has been processed.
