At MOSJ Atelier, we always try to keep our stock levels up to date but we do not believe in mass production. Due to high demand, it could occur your favorite MOSJ items are sold-out. We aim to restock our products as soon as possible, but we also depend on our external partners. 
Pre-orders now make it possible to order your favorite products before the item is (back) in stock. By placing a pre-order, you can purchase your favorite item before it arrives in our fulfillment center. As soon as your product is back in stock, it will be send to you immediately! 

The big plus of pre-orders? You will never again miss out on the most popular items before they're gone!

With pre-orders we can never guarantee a specific delivery date. We try to make an estimation which is also displayed on the product page. No rights can be derived from this. 

As soon as the product is received and processed by our fulfillment center, your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your order is on its way.

You placed an order with a pre-order item? We will ship your entire order as soon as all items in your order are in stock. If you prefer to receive part of your order sooner, please place two separate orders. We do not make exceptions with this. 

We try our best to provide an accurate delivery date, however since we depend on multiple external partners, delays can occur. If a delay has occurred we try our best to get your pre-order to you as soon as possible. Feel free to reach out to support@mosjatelier.com if you have any questions.
You can also choose to cancel your pre-order at any moment before your order has left our fulfillment center.
