Shipping policy
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
On behalf of MOSJ Atelier, our fulfillment partner Pakkettenfabriek strives to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 2–3 business days for order processing before shipment. No rights can be derived from this.
Estimated delivery times are listed on the product pages on our website and may vary depending on the destination, shipping method selected and our stock levels.
Please note: once your package has left PakkettenFabriek and is out of our hands, we can not be held responsible for the exact delivery time. This is due to unexpected delays at the shipping companies to whom we have transferred your MOSJ items.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. Please ensure all details are correct to avoid delays or failed deliveries.
If your address if incorrect and the shipment can not be delivered, you are responsible for the shipping costs for a replacing delivery.
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact support@mosjatelier.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made once your order has been processed by our fulfillment center.
SHIPPING SERVICES
MOSJ Atelier works with reliable shipping partners to ensure your order arrives safely and as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that tracking updates may take a few hours to appear. During high-volume periods, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual. MOSJ Atelier is not accountable for lost packages or delays. Please contact the shipping partner in your email with tracking information.
SHIPPING COST
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the order and the selected shipping method. The exact shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide unless stated otherwise. Orders shipped outside of the EU may be subject to import duties and/or taxes as determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping costs.
Unfortunately, we cannot predict or control these fees. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by carrier transit times.
If a package is refused or not accepted by the recipient, any return shipping costs and additional fees incurred will be deducted from the refund or charged to the recipient.
TRACKING & ORDER STATUS
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details and a unique order number.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your package via the carrier’s website.
UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the package from a pick-up point, these returned packages can be re-shipped at an additional shipping cost or refunded minus any return and handling fees. We process these packages as returns.
For international shipments: If your package is stuck at customs and you refuse to pay the import duties and your package gets sent back to MOSJ Atelier, your package will also be considered a return and we can only refund you the purchase amount.
SHIPPING ISSUES
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
