1. These General Terms and Conditions apply to all agreements between MOSJ Atelier, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 90550781, and the customer.

2. By placing an order with MOSJ Atelier, the customer agrees to these General Terms and Conditions.

Orders

1. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by MOSJ Atelier.

2. MOSJ Atelier reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders without providing a reason.

3. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing an order.

Prices and Payment

1. All prices on the MOSJ Atelier website are listed in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

2. Payment must be made via the payment methods offered on the website.

3. MOSJ Atelier reserves the right to change prices at any time. The customer pays the price that was applicable at the time of the order.

Delivery

1. MOSJ Atelier strives to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery time is mentioned with the products on the website.

2.Deliveries take place at the delivery address provided by the customer.

3. MOSJ Atelier is not liable for delays in delivery due to force majeure or other unforeseen circumstances.

Returns

1. See our return policy for information on returning products.

2. The costs and risks associated with returns are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

Intellectual Property

1. All intellectual property rights related to the products, including designs, photos, and texts, remain the property of MOSJ Atelier.

2. It is not permitted to copy, reproduce, or distribute material from the website or products without the permission of MOSJ Atelier.

Liability

1. MOSJ Atelier is not liable for any damage or injury resulting from the use of the products, unless there is intent or gross negligence.

2. The liability of MOSJ Atelier is always limited to the purchase price of the relevant product.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

Other Provisions

1. If a provision in these General Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

2. MOSJ Atelier reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions at any time. The amended terms will apply to new orders after publication on the website.
